There’s a truth Jeff lives by:

Jeff’s life is living proof of that.

​

Growing up shy, reserved, and carrying heavy limiting beliefs, Jeff dreamed of playing professional football. But after his hopes were crushed at trials, that dream quickly turned into doubt, mental health struggles, and career failures - including repeated setbacks in his accounting exams.

​

At rock bottom, he faced a choice: stay stuck or fight back.
That was the turning point where his personal mantra was born:
“Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes.”

Through relentless self-development, mental health education, and embracing a Growth Mindset, Jeff rebuilt his life. From those early setbacks, he rose to become a Chartered Accountant working within the heart of professional football - alongside the Premier League, EFL, FA and the WSL - with a seat inside the very boardrooms where the future of the game is decided.

And that’s where Jeff found his purpose:
